Community Wellness Initiative
The mission of the Community Wellness Initiative at Nantucket New School is to develop and guide the implementation of educational strategies to help ensure the physical and emotional health of all members of the Nantucket New School community.
Members of the ad hoc Community Wellness Committee include:

The work of the committee is dedicated to the implementation of programming that will be helpful to both children and adults in our community in the acquisition and development of skills and competencies, including social awareness; conflict resolution; self-advocacy; problem-solving; decision-making; stress management; resiliency; physical fitness and health; media literacy; time management; and mindfulness.
