Summer Camp Counselor-
Summer positions with Nantucket New Camp provide countless opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our staff receives comprehensive training and experience in the following areas: activity facilitation, creative programming, team building, group initiatives, group management, waterfront safety, and much more. Nantucket New Camp is more than just a fun and rewarding summer job; it is an opportunity for significant professional development. Counselors must be at least eighteen years of age, have current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications (Waterfront Lifeguard certification is preferred), have prior experience working with children, be hardworking, energetic, positive, and have a passion for working with children. Our 2021 camp season begins with a week of training and orientation starting on Monday, June 14th, and will end on Friday, June 18th. We require that our staff be able to commit to the full duration of the season: 6/21 through 8/27.
